From the time Tahia Collins first opened the doors of the original
small boutique on Moorea, she has greeted her customers
with her own special brand of warm Tahitian hospitality and
has committed herself to providing the superior customer service
that has been a cornerstone of her vision for her company.

The Boutique Experience
Every Tahia CollinsTM boutique throughout French Polynesia and aboard the
Regent Seven Seas Cruises ship "M/S Paul Gauguin," is distinguished by the highest quality
materials and workmanship to ensure our customers' comfort and supports their need
to clearly see the individual characteristics of each piece of jewelry. The merchandising
environment, the lighting, and the presentation materials allow our customers to carefully
select complementary pieces which form a collection that distinguishes each customer's
taste. To further enhance the customer experience, each boutique makes freely available
a selection of iced local beers, soft drinks and bottled waters, all integrated into our product
display. Champagne is also offered as part of the shopping experience and is provided by
our sales representatives at their discretion.
Our Sales Representatives
Every Tahia CollinsTM sales representative has passed through several specialized
training curriculums, including the history and origins of the Tahitian Black Pearl and the
characteristics and elements of the settings and complementary gemstones. They have
learned to assist their customers in the creative combination of individual pieces of jewelry
to form a personalized collection. Each sales representative works with their customers
through all aspects of the education, selection and purchase process, creating an enduring
relationship that enhances the customer's appreciation of the value, magic and romance
of their jewelry choices. These relationships are long-lasting and our customers regularly
return for assistance in adding to their collection, or just to say hi.
Customer Collateral
Every Tahia Collins purchase is placed in a beautiful presentation box that is
evocative of the natural materials found in our Tahitian paradise and will ensure a lasting
connection to the origins of this special product. We also provide a personalized folio
with each customer's selection, which includes a detailed description and photograph of
the piece, certification of its authenticity, and a branded jeweler's cleaning cloth.
Service
Each boutique has access to master jewelers for the purpose of resizing
rings and adjusting the length of chains and pearl strands. In some
cases, these jewelers are part of our store staff and are located
on our premises. Every effort is made by these master jewelers to
tailor each piece to a customer's individual needs, wherever the
nature of the settings and materials will allow. In addition to
our headquarters in French Polynesia, we have also established customer
service centers outside of Tahiti, where our clients can be assisted
with any of their after-purchase needs. These service centers are
located in Los Angeles for our customers in North America, in Germany
for the European community, and in Tokyo for Asia.
VIP Lounge
Our Moorea boutique is enhanced by a private, luxuriously appointed
VIP Lounge. The lounge accommodates those clients who, because of
the high value of their selections, wish to complete their transaction
in an atmosphere of privacy and seclusion.
